HEATHER ROSE
Co-Owner, M.S., CCC-SLP, Speech Therapist

Heather is a Northern Nevada native and the co-founder of Biggest Little Therapies. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno. With 9+ years of experience in both clinic settings and mobile therapy for homes and schools, she is deeply committed to enhancing access to communication. Heather is Level 1 trained in the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and has worked with clients across a range of areas, including articulation, language, stuttering, social skills, feeding, literacy, and augmentative communication.
She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in Nevada.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys exploring the Sierra Nevada mountains with her family, walking her German Shepherd, reading, and baking delicious treats.
RENÉE LOSEY

Renée is a Nevada native who grew up in Las Vegas and moved to Northern Nevada nearly 10 years ago. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and her Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology. With over 20 years of combined experience, including 8+ years as a Speech-Language Pathologist, she is passionate about supporting individuals and their families. Renée holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in Nevada.
She has worked in school settings, Early Intervention, outpatient services, and mobile therapy, and she participated in the 2020 NVLend leadership program. Renée enjoys working in patients’ homes to provide functional strategies in their natural environments.
Outside of work, Renée loves hosting game nights, gardening, camping with her family, and exploring Northern Nevada’s outdoors.
SADI FLOYD

Sadi recently graduated with her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology in May and feels incredibly grateful to begin her career with the support and mentorship of the amazing women at Biggest Little Therapies. During her clinical experiences under their supervision, she quickly fell in love with the collaborative, functional, and heart-centered approach Biggest Little Therapies brings to the community.
She is passionate about helping individuals build confidence through communication and is excited to continue learning, growing, and serving children and families across Northern Nevada.
Outside of therapy, Sadi enjoys exploring the world through travel, crafting coffee, cooking nourishing meals, hiking, biking, swimming, and soaking up sunshine outdoors. She deeply values connection, creativity, authenticity, and finding joy in everyday moments.
KAILEY WHITE
M.S., CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist

Kailey moved to Reno in 2015 to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Nevada, Reno. After graduating, she moved to Flagstaff to pursue her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University. After graduating in 2021, Kailey returned to Reno, where she’s been proud to call home ever since.
Kailey has experience working with both children and adults across clinic and home-based settings. She has worked with individuals with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, social communication, feeding, swallowing, and literacy. Kailey also has extensive experience in the area of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and enjoys helping individuals find and use the communication systems and access methods that best meet their needs.
Outside of her work as an SLP, Kailey enjoys being outside, reading, skiing, and spending quality time with her family.
Brooke Thieben

Brooke moved to Reno in 2024 to pursue her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Nevada, Reno and recently graduated in May. Throughout her graduate experience, she gained valuable clinical experience working with both children and adults across a variety of settings, including clinic and long-term acute care. These experiences strengthened her passion for helping individuals improve their communication and quality of life.
Brooke is excited to work with children and families in their natural environments, where meaningful connections and everyday communication can flourish. She values building strong relationships with families and supporting children as they grow in their ability to communicate their wants, needs, and ideas with confidence.
Outside of therapy, Brooke enjoys spending time reading, going on long walks, and playing pickleball.
