Brenda Barranco

Director of Patient Care
Brenda Barranco holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Wayne State College. She later earned her Associate of Science degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska.
Brenda has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation facilities and school districts, focusing primarily on pediatrics. She brings a strong foundation in both behavioral science and healthcare, allowing her to support individuals with a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to care.
When her child was diagnosed with a chronic illness, Brenda developed a passion for educating and supporting other parents navigating similar journeys. She serves on the board of ImproveCare Now, a national organization where clinicians, researchers, patients, and families work together to improve and advance care for children and youth with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Brenda also co-produced a published Caregivers Coping Resource to help provide guidance and support for families.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She also loves watching and attending sporting events, going to concerts, and traveling.

Medical Biller
Eloisa is a medical billing and coding professional with more than 25 years of experience and is a certified professional medical coder. She has supported our team since 2025, providing patient‑centered guidance by verifying benefits, explaining coverage and out‑of‑pocket costs, and helping patients navigate billing questions with clarity, respect, and compassion.
Originally from San Francisco, Eloisa relocated to Las Vegas in 2014, where she now lives with her husband, Michael, and their beloved fur baby, Gucci. She is also a proud mother to Luis, Leyla, and Leon.
Outside of work, Eloisa enjoys traveling, hiking, attending concerts and sporting events, and exploring cuisines from around the world—especially anything that fuels her passion for being a true foodie.
